This Privacy Policy explains how Roberts Automations, a sole proprietorship based in Austin, Texas ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information. It applies to our website (robertsautomations.com) and our services.
We handle personal information in two distinct ways:

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
When you are our client, we process information about your customers (such as names and phone numbers) solely to provide the services you've engaged us for — for example, sending a missed-call text or appointment reminder on your behalf. We process this data on your instructions, do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or as you direct. You are responsible for having the right and the necessary consent to contact those customers (see our Terms of Service).
Where we send text messages, recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and can reply HELP for assistance. We honor opt-outs promptly. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. We (and our clients) send messages only where there is a lawful basis and required consent.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS/text-messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share information with the service providers that help us operate (such as Twilio for message delivery) solely to provide the messaging service to you, never for their marketing.
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary to function. If we enable analytics in the future to understand site usage, we will update this policy. We do not currently use advertising-tracking cookies.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. Clients may request deletion of their customer data we process on their behalf.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, and we work with reputable providers (Stripe, Twilio, Google) that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sales" (we do not sell personal information). Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
